The pretreatment plant has been recently renovated, with the addition to the existing phosphating equipment of systems for alkaline washing, two mains water rinsing cycles, one demineralised water washing cycle and "no rinse" passivation using zirconium salts.
Coatings for both small and large series are executed on the in-line plant, while off-line pressurised booths are available for high quality finishes, also for plastics.
The products used for metal treatments are the result of laboratory research based on our working procedures.
